🚓 Traffic Operation Update – Hindley 🚓

On Wednesday 29th April, the Tutor Unit carried out a traffic operation using a new location at the junction of Castle Hill Road and Wigan Road.

We’re pleased to report that residents from the nearby Castle Hill Park were very supportive of the proactive work being done to improve road safety in the area—thank you for your positivity 👏

During the operation:
🔹 14 Traffic Offence Reports (TORS) issued
🔹 7 drivers advised regarding their speed
🔹 1 vehicle seized – driver found using a provisional licence without appropriate supervision

These operations are all about keeping our roads safe and addressing concerns raised by the community. We’ll continue to carry out checks across the area.
